This site describes personal training services offered at TrainersLab Mount Juliet and lets you request a free introductory session. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking — a coach will contact you to arrange a time, and sessions are subject to availability.

Please give accurate contact details. If your phone number or email is wrong, we cannot reach you to schedule. How we handle what you submit is described in our privacy policy.

Text message communications

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive text messages from us about your session and training. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Health and safety

Exercise carries inherent risk. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your physician before beginning any training program, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Before training you will be asked to complete the studio's own intake and waiver.
