This policy explains what TrainersLab Mount Juliet ("we," "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to mj.trainerslab.com and the forms on it.

Information we collect

When you submit the free-session form, you give us your first and last name, email address, phone number, your selected training goal, and anything you write in the message field. We do not ask for payment details, health records, or government identifiers through this website.

We also receive standard technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site or ad that referred you.

How we use it

• To contact you and schedule your free session.
• To answer questions you send us and follow up about training.
• To measure which ads and pages bring people to the gym, so we spend advertising money sensibly.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

By submitting the form with your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by text message about your free session and your training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from other contact methods, and it does not affect your training.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the business, and they only process your information on our instructions:

• Our customer-management and messaging platform, which stores your enquiry and sends our emails and texts.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement — see below.
• Our website host, which serves these pages and keeps standard server logs.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which ads lead to enquiries. When you submit the form, we send Meta a record of that conversion, including your email address and phone number in a hashed (irreversible) form so it can be matched without exposing the underlying values. Meta also sets cookies to recognize returning browsers.

You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, your device's ad-tracking controls, and your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can honor opt-outs and meet our obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email mtjuliet@trainerslab.com or call 629-246-8588 and we will act on your request.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information here. Youth training is arranged by a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
