Why TrainersLab
Most gyms sell access. TrainersLab sells coaching. That means fewer distractions, more feedback, and a plan that changes with your movement quality, strength, schedule, and confidence.
Clients come from Mount Juliet, Lebanon, Hermitage, Old Hickory, Donelson, Nashville, and nearby Wilson County communities for high-touch personal training in a private studio environment.

Meet the coachesYou train. A coach takes you through a real session, watches how you move, and talks through what you are trying to get out of it. You leave knowing what a plan would look like. No commitment, no pitch.
It depends on how often you train and whether you go 1:1 or small group. We will give you real numbers at the free session once we know what you actually need, rather than quoting a package you did not ask for.
No. Most people who walk in here start exactly there. Everything is scaled to what you can do on day one, which is the entire point of coaching instead of a gym membership.
Tell us at the free session. One of our coaches holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and corrective work is a core part of what we do. We train around what hurts and work on why it hurts.
Two to three sessions a week is where most people see real progress. We would rather you commit to something you can hold for a year than something you quit in six weeks.
Yes. You are matched with a coach who fits your goals and you stay with them, so nobody is re-learning your history every session.
